4. Accommodation Details
Accommodation will be arranged in standard hotels, guesthouses, or homestays. Rooms will be provided on a twin- or triple-sharing basis. Hot water and other amenities may be available only at certain locations or on a limited basis.

5. Meals
Breakfast will be included daily, starting on Day 2. Meals provided will be simple, locally available dishes, mostly vegetarian. Non-vegetarian food may be served at specific places depending on availability. We advise guests to carry snacks or ready-to-eat items for personal comfort, as there may be limited food options in remote locations. Gotripzee.com is not responsible for your regional taste buds. You will be responsible for any meals, refreshments, or additional food items not included in the trip package.

5. Transport
Depending on the size of the group and terrain conditions, we will arrange travel in an A/C 13-seater Urbania or a similar vehicle. Some roads in Northeast India are rough and time-consuming, especially in Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland. Guests should be mentally prepared for long travel hours, roadblocks, or rerouting due to weather or infrastructure issues.

6. Weather & Road Conditions
Weather in the North East can be unpredictable, especially in hilly regions. Delays due to rain, fog, or landslides are possible. The itinerary may need to be adjusted in case of road closures or weather-related disruptions. We seek your understanding and flexibility in such circumstances.

7. Entry Permits and ID Proof
All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, voter ID, or passport). We will arrange an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh, which is mandatory. Guests must submit required documents (such as ID copy and passport-size photo) at least 15 days before the trip.

This trip involves trekking and outdoor activities, which require a basic level of fitness, long drives, or travel to high altitudes. Participants must be in excellent health and capable of handling basic physical activity. We advise those with existing medical conditions to consult a physician before joining and ensure they carry the necessary medications.

The itinerary does not include entry tickets, camera fees, adventure activities, personal expenses, or meals other than those specified. In some places, only fixed meal options (like platters) will be available, and any food item ordered outside the included menu will be at the guest’s own expense.
