Service Delivery Policy

  1. Service Start and End Points:
    • The service will start from any guest pick-up location in India as specified in the guest's booking confirmation voucher.
    • The service will be carried out at various destinations in India for sightseeing and will conclude at the guest's designated pick-up location.
  2. Booking Confirmation:
    • Upon receiving the advance or full payment, a booking confirmation voucher will be sent to the customer within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
    • The confirmation voucher will include details of the services, dates, and itinerary.
  3. Commencement of Service:
    • Services will commence when the customer checks in to the cab or accommodation, whichever is the first point of check-in.
    • Failure to pay the remaining balance before the start of the trip will result in trip cancellation with no refund provided to the guest.
  4. Service Inclusions and Timing:
    • All services listed in the booking confirmation voucher will be delivered to the customer on the specified dates. However, exact timings may vary due to logistical reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Services not included in the confirmation voucher will not be provided unless requested separately and are subject to availability.
  5. Additional Services and Third-Party Charges:
    • Any additional services that are not included in the booking confirmation voucher may incur charges, payable directly to the concerned third-party vendors.
    • Tripzee Tours Private Limited is not responsible for the quality, availability, or refunds of services provided by third-party vendors.
  6. Customer Responsibilities:
    • Customers are expected to provide accurate details at the time of booking, including pick-up location, contact information, and special requirements (if any).
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely payments and adherence to the agreed itinerary.
  7. Adherence to Terms and Conditions:
    • All services are subject to Tripzee Tours Private Limited’s Terms and Conditions, which must be agreed upon before booking.
    • The cancellation and refund policy of Tripzee Tours Private Limited will apply to all services promised in the booking confirmation voucher.
  8. Unforeseen Delays and Cancellations:
    • Services may be delayed or disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues. Tripzee Tours Private Limited will endeavor to minimize disruptions and provide alternatives wherever possible but will not be liable for cancellations caused by such events.
    • In cases of disruptions due to third-party service providers, refunds or adjustments will be subject to their policies, and Tripzee Tours Private Limited bears no liability for these circumstances.
  9. Communication and Support:
    • Guests are encouraged to contact the Tripzee Tours Private Limited support team for any clarifications or assistance required during the trip.
    • Timely communication is essential to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolution of issues, if any.
  10. Insurance and Liability:
  • Tripzee Tours Private Limited strongly advises guests to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of belongings.
  • The company’s liability is limited to the services explicitly mentioned in the booking confirmation voucher.
