   Welcome to Tripzee Tours Private Limited ("we," "our," "us," "Tripzee Tours"), a travel and tourism service provider specializing in personalized travel planning and experiences across India. By accessing or using our website at www.gotripzee.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the site.
2. Eligibility
   By using the site and booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. Services and Booking
   Service Locations and Itinerary:
   The services provided by Tripzee Tours Private Limited will begin from the guest's pick-up location as specified in the guest's booking confirmation voucher. The trip will involve visits to various tourist destinations and sightseeing locations in different parts of India. The service concludes at the original pick-up location, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
4. Pricing:
   The prices of services and packages are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees unless specified otherwise. Deal prices may be subject to promotions, discounts, or other factors and therefore may change from time to time. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking. Wayanad Trip Planner LLP makes every effort to offer the best possible package at the best available price. Once confirmed, the price is final and non-negotiable. An advance payment of 10% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 90% to be paid during check-in at the resort or homestay.
5. Accommodation and Facilities:
   Tripzee Tours Private Limited offers basic, clean, and safe accommodations. Please note that the facilities are handpicked, ensuring safety and comfort, but the stays are not luxurious. The level of comfort and amenities provided will be in line with standard expectations for budget or mid-range accommodations.
6. Fitness Requirements:
   The journey requires an average level of physical fitness to participate. You acknowledge that the tour or trip may involve physical activity such as walking, sightseeing, or hiking. Tripzee Tours Private Limited will not be held responsible if a participant is unable to complete the trip due to physical or mental limitations. Participants should consult with their healthcare provider if they have any concerns about their ability to take part in the trip.
7. Food and Dietary Restrictions
   The food menu offered during the trip is based on regional cuisine and will be standardized for all participants. While Tripzee Tours Private Limited makes efforts to accommodate general dietary restrictions, we are not responsible for individual taste preferences or regional food requirements.
8. Risks and Liability
   Indemnification and Risk Acceptance:
   By booking and participating in our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Tripzee Tours Private Limited harmless for any risks associated with the trip. The nature of these risks can vary depending on the destination and activities planned. Tripzee Tours is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during the trip. In case of injury or medical emergencies, basic first aid will be provided, but more advanced medical care is not guaranteed.
9. Misbehaviour and Alcohol Consumption:
   Any guest who consumes alcohol, misbehaves, or causes a disruption or delay during the event may be asked to leave the trip immediately. In such cases, Tripzee Tours Private Limited will not refund the price of the service, and the guest will be responsible for arranging their own transportation back to the pickup location. Tripzee Tours Private Limited reserves the right to remove any individual from the trip at its discretion for behaviour deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
10. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
    At Tripzee Tours Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
    Refund Eligibility: If a booking is cancelled at least 10 days before the trip start date, the advance amount is refundable after deducting a cancellation fee of INR 2,500/ per booking.
    No Refund: Cancellations made within 0-10 days of the trip start date are non-refundable.
    Date Changes: Visitors can reschedule their trip once, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
    Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 business days of cancellation. 
    We encourage customers to review their plans carefully before booking. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
11. Third-Party Policies:
    All cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party vendors providing specific services (e.g., accommodation, transport).Tripzee Tours Private Limited is not responsible for third-party cancellation policies or processing of refunds.
12. Weather or Government-Related Cancellations:
    Certain activities, sightseeing trips, or excursions may be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or heavy crowds. In such cases, Tripzee Tours Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative activities; however, no refunds will be provided if an activity is canceled due to these reasons. If Tripzee Tours Private Limited cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all affected participants.
13. Additional Conditions
    Accuracy of Information
    Tripzee Tours Private Limited strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding services, prices, and availability. However, we are not responsible for any errors, technical glitches, or price mismatches arising due to technical issues, system errors, or other factors beyond our control.
14. Price Revision
    Tripzee Tours Private Limited reserves the right to revise or modify the price of any service or package at any time before or after booking. The customer is liable to pay the revised price, regardless of any previous indications or quotes provided.
15. Cancellation or Changes
    Tripzee Tours Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or alter any bookings, stays, or services at any point due to unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to technical errors, changes in availability, or other operational reasons. We will notify the customer of such changes as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative arrangements.
16. Liability
    Tripzee Tours Private Limited is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by errors, technical glitches, or price mismatches. We are also not responsible for any alterations or cancellations made due to factors beyond our control.
17. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
    Tripzee Tours Private Limited reserves the right to revise or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to the terms will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to check this page periodically for any updates.
18. Rights of Admission
    Tripzee Tours Private Limited reserves the right to refuse admission or participation to any person without providing a refund if the person fails to adhere to these terms or engages in behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the safety or enjoyment of other participants.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or issues arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
