Tripzee Tours Private Limited's Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. General
    At Tripzee Tours Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
  2. Refund Eligibility: If a booking is cancelled at least 10 days before the trip start date, the advance amount is refundable after deducting a cancellation fee of INR 2,500/ per booking.
    No Refund: Cancellations made within 0-10 days of the trip start date are non-refundable.
    Date Changes: Visitors can reschedule their trip once, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
    Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 business days of cancellation.
    We encourage customers to review their plans carefully before booking. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
  3. Third-Party Policies
    All cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party vendors providing specific services (e.g., accommodation, transport). If there is any cancellation made by a third party, a refund will be made according to their policy. Tripzee Tours Private Limited is not responsible for third-party cancellation policies or processing of refunds.
  4. Weather or Government-Related Cancellations
    Certain activities, sightseeing trips, or excursions may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or heavy crowds. In such cases, Tripzee Tours Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative activities; however, no refunds will be provided if an activity is cancelled due to these reasons. If Tripzee Tours Private Limited or its affiliates cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the advance amount of the package will be fully refundable. If Tripzee Tours Private Limited cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all affected participants. Refunds will be paid back to the guest’s bank account within 7 business days of the cancellation of the event/package.
  5. Non-Refundable Conditions
    The advance amount of the package is not refundable under any other circumstances, except as specified above.
