Your Vehicle Details

1. Vehicle Usage

  • The A/C sedan cab is provided only for this tour package.

  • The vehicle will be used strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.

  • Personal trips, shopping visits, or unplanned stops are not allowed.

  • Route changes requested by guests are not permitted.

  • The cab is meant only for sightseeing and transfers mentioned in the package.

2. A/C Usage Rules (Very Important)

  • A/C will be used only on plain roads and highways.

  • A/C will NOT be used in hill areas, ghat roads, forest roads, or steep climbs.

  • This rule is for vehicle safety and engine protection.

  • Guests cannot request A/C usage in hill areas.

  • This condition is final and non-negotiable.

3. Timings & Duration

  • Sightseeing cab service is available from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM only.

  • These timings do not apply to arrival pickup or departure drop.

  • Late starts by guests may reduce sightseeing coverage.

  • Extra usage beyond allowed hours is not included.

  • Night sightseeing travel is not allowed for safety reasons.

4. Seating & Luggage Policy

  • A sedan can carry a maximum of 4 passengers only.

  • No extra passengers will be allowed under any condition.

  • Luggage is limited to one medium-sized bag per person.

  • Large suitcases or excess baggage may not fit in the vehicle.

  • Guests are responsible for managing luggage within vehicle capacity.

5. Pickup, Drop & Parking

  • Hotel pickup and drop-off are included only as per the itinerary.

  • Additional door pickups or drops at other locations are not included.

  • Pickup and drop points cannot be changed last minute.

  • At some sightseeing places, parking may be restricted.

  • Guests may need to walk 5–10 minutes from parking to the spot.

  • At some sightseeing locations, parking is restricted, and guests may need to walk a short distance (usually 5–10 minutes) to reach the spot.

6. Hill Area & Safety Rules

  • Hill driving rules and speed limits must be followed at all times.

  • Road conditions, hairpin bends, and weather may affect travel time.

  • Music should be kept low or switched off in hill and forest areas.

  • Driver decisions related to safety must be respected.

  • Guests must cooperate with local rules and authorities.

7. Behaviour & Cleanliness

  • Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the vehicle.

  • Alcohol consumption or travelling under intoxication is not allowed.

  • Eating inside the car should be avoided to keep it clean.

  • Any damage or heavy dirt caused may be chargeable.

  • Guests are expected to maintain basic cleanliness and discipline.

8. Delays, Traffic & Changes

  • Heavy traffic and crowds are common during weekends and holidays.

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or roadblocks are beyond our control.

  • The sightseeing order/plan may change due to local conditions.

  • Some places may be skipped if time does not permit.

  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

9. Driver & Vehicle Information

  • Driver contact details will be shared before the trip starts.

  • The driver or vehicle may change due to operational reasons.

  • Updated details will be shared if any changes happen.

  • Drivers will follow local laws and safety rules.

  • Drivers may refuse unsafe or illegal guest requests.

10. Breakdown & Emergency

  • In case of a breakdown, we will try to arrange another sedan.

  • Alternate vehicle arrangement depends on availability.

  • Some delay may occur during replacement.

  • Refunds are not applicable for time loss due to breakdowns.

  • Guests are requested to cooperate during such situations.

Final Agreement

  • Guests must manage time properly to cover maximum sightseeing.

  • All guests are expected to follow these vehicle rules.

  • Arguments with drivers or coordinators are not allowed.

  • Violations may lead to service cancellation without refund.

  • Booking confirmation means acceptance of all the above terms.

  All couple tour packages are based on fixed pricing. Any change in the number of guests may result in revised charges.

  Some resorts or stays may charge extra for campfires, music, or special arrangements. Such charges, if any, must be paid directly at the property.

  Resorts with swimming pools have fixed pool timings, and guests must strictly follow the property rules.

  Guests are advised to carry sufficient cash, as many local shops, eateries, and activity counters in Wayanad may not accept digital payments.

  Entry to trekking places such as Chembra Peak and other viewpoints is subject to government rules, ticket availability, and daily limits. Gotripzee is not responsible for denied entry due to restrictions.

  The itinerary and sightseeing schedule may change due to weather conditions, traffic, roadblocks, or local situations. Guest cooperation is expected.

  A basic level of physical fitness is required for trekking, walking trails, and nature-based activities.

  Guests must carry valid ID proof and photocopies for hotel check-ins and local verification if required.

  Smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of drugs before or during the trip is strictly prohibited.

  Gotripzee is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to travel light and take care of valuables.

  Meals included in the package are simple, hygienic, local Kerala-style food. Any food or items not mentioned in the inclusions are self-sponsored.

  Food stops during travel are at third-party restaurants, and Gotripzee is not responsible for service delays at such places.

  Heavy traffic and tourist rush are common during weekends and holidays. Delays caused by traffic or crowd conditions are not the responsibility of Gotripzee.

  Activities such as jeep safari, boating, ziplining, or adventure sports are operated by third-party vendors. Gotripzee will assist with coordination but holds no liability for safety or service quality.

  Guests are expected to respect resort staff, drivers, local people, and fellow travellers at all times.

  Guests must follow the trip schedule, reporting times, and instructions given by the trip coordinator or driver.
