2. Weather & Sea Conditions

Inter-island transfers and water activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. Delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes may occur without prior notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided for such disruptions.

3. Itinerary Flexibility

The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, operational requirements, transport availability, or local authority regulations. Guests are expected to cooperate with any necessary changes.

4. Transport & Transfers

Transportation may include local taxis, public ferries, regular speedboats, or other local transport as specified in the package. Seaplane transfers, domestic flights, and private speedboats are not included unless specifically mentioned.

5. Reporting Time & Missed Transfers

Guests must report on time for all transfers and activities. Missed ferries, speedboats, excursions, or other services due to late arrival will be considered a no-show, and the Gotripzee.com team will not be responsible for any resulting expenses.

6. Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided according to the selected package category. Room allocation, check-in, and check-out are subject to the policies of the respective hotel or resort.

7. Meals

Meals will be provided only as mentioned in the package inclusions. Any additional meals, beverages, or room service charges must be paid directly by the guest.

8. Local Laws, Religion & Customs

The Maldives is an Islamic country. Guests are expected to respect local laws, religious beliefs, customs, and cultural practices.

• Modest clothing is recommended while visiting local islands and public places.
• Swimwear should only be worn at designated beaches, resorts, or permitted areas.
• Public displays of affection should be avoided on local islands.
• Importing alcohol, pork products, illegal drugs, or religious materials intended for distribution is prohibited under Maldivian law. Guests must comply with all local regulations during their stay.

9. Luggage & Personal Belongings

10. Health & Fitness

Gotripzee.com is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by weather conditions, sea conditions, airline schedules, ferry operations, government regulations, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Environmental Responsibility

The Maldives is home to delicate marine ecosystems. Guests are requested to avoid littering, damaging coral reefs, feeding marine life, or disturbing the natural environment. Please follow all environmental guidelines issued by local authorities and resorts.

14. Payments & Personal Expenses

Guests are responsible for all personal expenses, optional activities, shopping, entry tickets, and any services not included in the package.

15. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, local residents, hotel staff, and service providers. Any misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of local laws may result in the termination of services without refund.

17. Liability Disclaimer

Gotripzee.com acts solely as a travel facilitator and is not liable for any injury, illness, accident, delay, loss, damage, theft, missed connections, or unforeseen events occurring during the trip.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Gotripzee.com, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.

1. No Last-Minute Customisation

No changes to the itinerary, accommodation, meal plan, or package inclusions will be accepted after the trip has commenced.

2. No Refund for Unused Services

No refund will be provided for any unused accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, or other services included in the package.

3. Optional Activities Disclaimer

Water sports, excursions, and optional activities are subject to weather conditions, operator availability, and local regulations. Non-availability of such activities will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Local Transport

Transportation within Malé and local islands may include taxis, public ferries, or regular speedboats. Transport schedules and vehicle types are subject to availability.

5. Room Allocation Policy

Rooms will be allocated according to the booked package. Specific room numbers, locations, or upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Hotels, ferry operators, speedboat operators, airlines, and activity providers operate independently. Gotripzee.com acts only as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service quality provided by third parties.

9. Price Fluctuation

Package prices may change due to fluctuations in airfare, ferry charges, fuel prices, taxes, government fees, or seasonal demand. The final price is confirmed only upon booking.

10. Travel Documents

16. Mid-Trip Cancellation

If a guest voluntarily leaves the tour before completion, no refund or adjustment will be provided.

Gotripzee.com may use photographs or videos captured during the trip for promotional purposes unless the guest informs us in writing before the commencement of the tour.

Public ferries, regular speedboats, airport transfers, and certain excursions may operate on a shared basis unless otherwise specified.

26. Guest Cooperation

Guests are expected to cooperate with hotel staff, transport operators, tour coordinators, and local authorities throughout the trip to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

• All itinerary timings are based on Maldives Time (MVT). Maldives is 30 minutes behind Indian Standard Time (IST).
• Guests are advised to book their arrival flight to Velana International Airport (MLE) after 1:00 PM (Maldives Time) on Day 1.
• Guests returning on the last day should book their departure flight after 5:00 PM (Maldives Time) to allow sufficient time for transfers and airport formalities.
• Speedboat and public ferry schedules are operated by local authorities and service providers and may change without prior notice due to weather or operational reasons.
• Airport transfers, local taxi services, and inter-island transfers will be arranged according to the confirmed itinerary. Guests are requested to be ready at the scheduled reporting time.
